Can’t make it to a class in the studio? Low on time or just want to stay home? No problem, we have got you covered! Make the most of our livestream classes happening almost every day of the week or make use of our on demand library that continues to grow.

All you will need is a chair, 2 bottles of water (or free weights if you have them) and an optional miniband. You will need to sign up to Zoom beforehand and you will receive the Zoom link 15 minutes before class starts. We offer 30 and 45 minute barre LIVESTREAM classes.
