Terms and Conditions

§1 Services, House Rules

1.1 The latest version of the house rules applies. FEEL THE BARRE reserves the right to make changes to the house rules without the consent of the customer, as long as this does not affect the essence of these General Terms and Conditions and the customer is not unreasonably disadvantaged.

1.2 To use the services of FEEL THE BARRE, the customer must be of legal age. If the individual has not yet reached the age of majority, a written declaration of consent from a legal guardian must be submitted to use FEEL THE BARRE’s services.

1.3 Class hours are booked via the online booking system on the website at www.feelthebarre.de. Attendance at a class is guaranteed only after prior registration via the booking system.

1.4 Classes and memberships are personal and non-transferable.

1.5 FEEL THE BARRE reserves the right to close on public holidays and up to an additional 10 days a year for renovations or operational requirements, without entitling customers to refunds of class or membership fees. Notification will be provided in advance through email or notices.

1.6 Personal training appointments can only be arranged via telephone or on-site and are scheduled when no group classes are taking place.

1.7 Customers can purchase memberships or class packages for attending multiple classes. These packages are valid only for FEEL THE BARRE classes and have fixed terms for each credit or membership from the purchase date. Vouchers (Gutscheins) and class credits are strictly non-refundable. Class credits are valid for a specific time period. Unused credits won't be extended beyond this timeframe.

1.8 FEEL THE BARRE reserves the right to cancel classes at short notice and to make changes to schedules or instructors. In the event of cancellation, the booked class credit will not expire and can be rescheduled.

1.9 One-Time Grace Period for Late Arrivals & No-Shows - As a courtesy, each customer is granted a one-time automatic grace period for a late arrival or no-show. This applies to all products, and memberships. After this, our standard cancellation and no-show policy will be enforced without exceptions.

§2 Membership

2.1 Membership Benefits - Basic

  • No monthly credit carry over

  • No discounted class top-ups

  • Membership credits are non-shareable and non-refundable.

  • Class credits will be forfeited if a class is not canceled within the allowed cancellation period.

  • No credits can be carried over if a cancellation is made, and credits are left over. If you choose to change to another membership then credits will also not transfer.

  • Our cancellation policy is 12 hours.

  • One-Time Grace Period - Each membership includes a one-time automatic grace period for a late arrival or no-show. Once used, the standard cancellation and no-show policy applies.

  • Cancel before 12 hours = no penalty.

  • Cancel after 12 hours = credit is lost, and you incur a €5 late cancellation fee.

  • No-show = credit is lost, and you incur a €10 cancellation fee. A link to pay this fee will be sent via email, and only once full payment has been made will it be possible to use your membership again.

2.1.1 Membership Benefits - Flexi

  • Unused class credits carry over to the following month.

  • Membership credits are non-shareable and non-refundable.

  • Class credits will be forfeited if a class is not canceled within the allowed cancellation period.

  • No credits can be carried over if a cancellation is made, and credits are left over. If you choose to change to another membership then credits will also not transfer.

  • Members with a 12-month or 16-month membership are entitled to one personal training session every six months, available only every six months, and subject to the condition that there is no break in the contract (including switching to another membership type).

  • VIP and priority invitations to special events are included.

  • Members receive exclusive discounts on gift vouchers.

  • Fully flexible membership that can be canceled at any time.

  • Our cancellation policy is 12 hours.

  • One-Time Grace Period - Each membership includes a one-time automatic grace period for a late arrival or no-show. Once used, the standard cancellation and no-show policy applies.

  • Cancel before 12 hours = no penalty.

  • Cancel after 12 hours = credit is lost, and you incur a €5 late cancellation fee.

2.1.2 Membership Benefits - Annual

  • No monthly credit carry over

  • A possible one motnh pause is allowed one time only.

  • Membership credits are non-shareable and non-refundable.

  • Class credits will be forfeited if a class is not canceled within the allowed cancellation period.

  • No credits can be carried over if a cancellation is made, and credits are left over. If you choose to change to another membership then credits will also not transfer.

  • VIP and priority invitations to special events are included.

  • Members receive exclusive discounts on gift vouchers.

  • Fully flexible membership that can be canceled at any time.

  • Our cancellation policy is 12 hours.

2.1.3 Membership Benefits - Teenager

  • No monthly credit carry over

  • No credits can be carried over if a cancellation is made, and credits are left over. If you choose to change to another membership then credits will also not transfer.

  • Our cancellation policy is 12 hours.

  • Cancel before 12 hours = no penalty.

  • Cancel after 12 hours = credit is lost, and you incur a €5 late cancellation fee.

  • No-show = credit is lost, and you incur a €10 cancellation fee. A link to pay this fee will be sent via email, and only once full payment has been made will it be possible to use your membership again.

  • Required - Parents or legal guardians must complete and sign a liability waiver for all teenagers under the age of 18 before they can participate in any BarreTEENS classes. The waiver must be submitted before the first session.

2.2 Activation
Monthly memberships begin upon registration online. Services may be accessed starting from the contract start date.

2.3 Payment Terms
2.3.1 The first payment will be charged on the date of purchase. Subsequent payments will be charged monthly from the contract initiation date.
2.3.2 Payment is collected via credit card or direct debit unless an alternative payment method is arranged.

2.4 Cancellation
Memberships can be canceled at any time via the Eversports platform without requiring written notice. If you buy the membership directly at the facility, the cancellation must be submitted in written form to the facility.

2.5 Payment Arrears
If a customer falls behind on more than one membership fee, FEEL THE BARRE reserves the right to demand immediate payment for the remaining contract term.

2.6 VAT Adjustments
Membership fees are subject to adjustment in accordance with changes to statutory VAT rates.

2.7 Age Requirement
By purchasing a membership, members confirm that they are at least 18 years old.

§3 Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Packages and memberships purchased online are non-refundable.

3.2 All products purchased from FEEL THE BARRE are non-refundable.

§4 Periods of rest for Membership

4.1 Members may request a temporary pause of their membership. All requests must be submitted via email to info@feelthebarre.de. Approval is subject to management discretion.

§5 Termination of Membership

5.1 Payment and Renewal
 The first payment will be charged on the date of purchase, with subsequent payments due every month thereafter. Memberships automatically renew for one month at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with section 5.2.

5.2 Cancellation

  • If the membership is canceled before the next billing date, it will terminate at the end of the current billing period.

  • If no cancellation is received, the membership will automatically renew for an additional month.

  • Online Purchases: Memberships purchased online can be canceled via the membership details section.

  • In-Person Purchases: Memberships purchased directly at the facility must be canceled in written form at the facility.

5.3 Age Requirement
By completing the purchase, the member confirms they are at least 18 years old unless purchasing a teenager membership, in which case a parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver first (see section 6).

§6 Liability

6.1 FEEL THE BARRE is not liable for damages unless otherwise required by law.

6.2 If classes are canceled for reasons beyond FEEL THE BARRE's control, customers are not entitled to compensation beyond refunds of fees.

6.3 FEEL THE BARRE assumes no liability for lost valuables. Lockers are for temporary use during training sessions. Misused lockers may be opened and subject to fees.

6.4 Liability Waivers

6.4.1 FEEL THE BARRE requires you to sign a liability waiver (at reception) before taking part in BarrePREGNANT. This states clearly that you have received the ‘all clear’ from your doctor to take part in our classes and other fitness classes. Furthermore, it states that you are taking part at your own risk and you should only do what feels comfortable and within your comfort zone. If this is not provided at reception before your first class, you will not be allowed to attend.

6.4.2 FEEL THE BARRE requires Parents or legal guardians to complete and sign a liability waiver for all teenagers under the age of 18 before they can participate in any BarreTEENS classes. The waiver must be submitted before the first session.

§7 Data Protection and Miscellaneous

7.1 FEEL THE BARRE processes customer data in accordance with German data protection laws (BDSG). Changes to personal information (e.g., address or payment details) must be communicated promptly.

7.2 The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

7.3 If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

7.4 For security purposes, surveillance cameras remain on overnight in our premises. Video recordings are processed by applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and are stored for a limited time before being automatically deleted unless required for legal or security reasons. Access to recordings is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
